Please
note that the minimum booking is for one hour.
As per our Fees & Payments Policy, we
require 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation of all pre-booked term time
sessions.
Parents/carers must give at least 4
weeks’ notice to cancel a holiday club booking and must cancel during term
time. Sessions cancelled outside of term time or with less than 4 weeks’ notice
must be paid for in full.

Hoc term time sessions require 48 hours cancellation notice.
